Our Broker of Record is Joseph Larkin. He has been in the field of Real Estate since 1985 when he leased
his home to a group of local college students. He received his Salesperson licensed by the California Department of
Real Estate in 1998 and his Brokers License (R01244466) in 2004. Our business was established in 2004 in the beautiful
